Eduardo has over 30 years of leadership experience in law enforcement and private security, with a proven record in operations, risk management, and organizational leadership. His background includes senior roles in corporate and private security firms and a decorated tenure with the Miami Beach Police Department, where he commanded SWAT and Special Operations and developed counter-terrorism and emergency response plans.
Johann Lopez
Johann brings over 20 years of leadership in security management and military operations, combining executive experience with disciplined field expertise. A former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant, he led tactical units and oversaw combat readiness, earning recognition for leadership and operational excellence. His private-sector background includes senior roles managing large-scale security operations for healthcare systems, stadiums, logistics hubs, and corporate facilities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-performance standards.
Michael Serrano
Michael brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in private security, business operations, and strategic management. A decorated U.S. Army combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient, he has built a career leading large-scale security operations, optimizing organizational performance, and developing high-performing teams. His expertise spans operational planning, workforce leadership, client relations, and business growth across commercial, healthcare, logistics, retail, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Jon Brudzinski
Jon brings over 35 years of leadership experience in law enforcement, private security, and tactical operations. A retired law enforcement veteran, he has extensive expertise in security management, emergency response, firearms and defensive tactics instruction, and executive training. Throughout his career, Jon has led complex security operations, trained military and law enforcement personnel across the U.S. and internationally, and developed specialized programs focused on operational readiness, risk mitigation, and organizational excellence.
