Choice One Protection recruits through leading job platforms such as Paychex Workforce, Job Target, and Indeed, posting across 25,000+ sites to reach top talent. With deep roots in South Florida’s security sector, we maintain a pool of qualified candidates and personally interview all applicants to ensure the best fit for each position.

Additional recruitment sources include employee referrals, job fairs, police academy graduates, local law enforcement organizations, and veteran networks, expanding our reach to attract skilled and dedicated professionals.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING

C1P partners with Gatekeeper Consulting & Investigations for consistent and verifiable background investigations of all applicants prior to employment. The completed background investigation is electronically stored and can be maintained as an element of the employee’s HR record.

Choice One Protection will submit all newly hired personnel to drug testing based on the prerequisites of the contract/client.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

Our employees may receive up to $300 in the form of a bonus for any employees referred after they complete 90 days of employment.
